摘要: A kelly-bar apparatus includes, for example, an inner kelly-bar 50, a second kelly-bar 60 and an outer kelly-bar 70. These kelly-bars are relatively telescopically operable and torque is transmitted from outside to inside. When the second and outer kelly-bar are in a contracted position, they are supported by a spring 31 on a spring support 54 fixed to the inner kelly-bar. The bottom end of a torque transmitting projection of the inner kelly-bar is fitted into and welded to the spring support. The spring support is fixed onto an engagement member formed integrally with the inner kelly-bar. In addition, a stop member 74 for preventing the second kelly-bar from coming away from the outer kelly-bar projects from the inner periphery of the outer kelly-bar at a location above the torque transmitting portion.

摘要: A kelly-bar apparatus includes, for example, an inner kelly-bar, a second kelly-bar and an outer kelly-bar. These kelly-bars are relatively telescopically operable and torque is transmitted from outside to inside. When the second and outer kelly-bar are in an extended position, the axes of these kelly-bars may be inclined with respect to the central axis of the first kelly-bar, which may give rise to high surface pressures. These pressures are decreased by giving the end portions of the second (third) kelly-bar (60) a special shape, i.e. a rounded (62R) or chamfered portion (62C) around an inner edge of that end portion in order to enlarge the contact area between driving and driven parts.

摘要: A stopper apparatus for neutralizing rotary reaction force set up by the rotation of a casing in an all-casing driver (1), comprises a long transmission frame (300) (323) for transmitting the reaction force, including a base frame (1a) connected to a casing drive unit (1) and a joint frame (4) one end of which is connected to the base frame (1a), and a support frame (6) horizontal- and vertical-rotatably connected to the other end of the joint frame (4). At least one side of the support frame (6) comes in contact with a supporting mass (10) by which the reaction force is supported. The stopper apparatus also comprises a pedestal (11) for placing a working wagon (10) thereon, detachably connected to the transmission frame (300)(323), a inclination device for raising the pedestal (11) to a inclined position, and an inter frame distance increasing device for increasing the wedge of the pedestal (11).
