    摘要: A connection member connecting a cap body and a band is prevented from being cut, and as result, a tamper prevention function is achieved and simultaneously the band is prevented from being cut by deformation. An opening/closing cap is constructed from a cap body (3) screwed on to the outer peripheral surface of a mouth portion of a spout body and from a band (10) extending in the circumferential direction of the cap body (3) and engaged with the spout body. A portion at which the band (10) is separated in the circumferential direction is provided at at least one place in the circumferential direction of the band, and the band is connected to each other at the at least one place by a connection member (14) enabling the band (10) to be cut. The band (10) is positioned below the lower surface of the cap body (3) and is attached to the lower part of the cap body (3) by connection members (12, 13). Further, in order to prevent deformation of the band, a band shape maintaining body is provided inside the band. The maintaining body prevents the band from being pressed radially inward and crushed when the inside of the band is pressed against the lower end of the cap body.

With this configuration, in the gusset bag (10), it is possible to easily close the gusset parts, while preventing film pieces or dust from entering the bag in a step of closing the gusset parts.
