    摘要: A method and an apparatus for determining an optical signal-to-noise ratio are provided. The method includes: obtaining a first optical signal on a to-be-measured channel; converting the first optical signal to an electrical signal and extracting different frequency components of the electrical signal, where roll-off factors of the different frequency components of the electrical signal are the same as roll-off factors of corresponding frequency components of the first optical signal, and the roll-off factor is a ratio of a signal power of a non-center frequency component to a signal power of a center frequency component on the channel; measuring powers of the different frequency components; and determining an optical signal-to-noise ratio of the to-be-measured channel according to the powers and the roll-off factors of the different frequency components. With the method, an optical signal-to-noise ratio of a to-be-measured channel can be highly accurately determined.

    摘要: A method for determining advertising value includes: receiving advertisement information, where the advertisement information includes an advertisement ID and information about an operation performed by a user on an advertisement (101); determining an advertising value element according to an advertising application platform, where the advertising value element is an element that affects advertising value (103); determining an advertising value calculation policy according to the advertising value element (105); predicting a value of the advertising value element according to the advertisement information, to obtain the value of the advertising value element (107); and using the value of the advertising value element and the advertising value calculation policy as reference factors, to calculate advertising value of the advertisement (109). Advertising value can be determined more accurately by predicting a value of an advertising value element, making profit maximization of an advertising application platform possible.
