摘要: Embodiments of this application relate to the field of display technologies, and provide a gate driving circuit, a method for controlling a gate driving circuit, and a mobile terminal, to resolve a problem that a complete image cannot be displayed after a flexible display screen is folded. The gate driving circuit includes a first driving group, a first connection controller, and a second driving group. The first driving group is configured to receive a start signal output by a first signal end of a display driver. A second end of the first connection controller is configured to receive a cascade gating signal output by a second signal end of the display driver. A third end of the first connection controller is configured to receive a split-screen gating signal output by a third signal end of the display driver. A fourth end of the first connection controller is configured to receive a split-screen display signal output by a fourth signal end of the display driver. The second driving group is configured to receive an active signal output by a fifth end of the first connection controller.

The timing control unit sends S second pulses of the tearing effect signal when a transceiver unit does not receive an N th frame of display data within a preset time, where the S second pulses of the tearing effect signal are used to prolong duration of the N th frame by a second preset time T2, and indicate a host to output the generated N th frame of display data in an (N+1) th frame based on an S th second pulse of the tearing effect signal. The processing unit receives the N th frame of display data in the (N+1) th frame, and controls, based on the N th frame of display data, the display to display an N th frame of image.

摘要: This application provides a method and an apparatus for controlling brightness of a display, and a terminal device. The method for controlling brightness of a display in this application includes the following steps: first determining a first brightness value corresponding to the display at a current brightness adjustment level; then determining, based on a preset gamma correction lookup table, a first input grayscale value corresponding to the first brightness value, where the gamma correction lookup table is a gamma correction relationship between a brightness value of the display and an initial input grayscale value of the display at a specified brightness adjustment level; and finally controlling a display brightness value of the display based on the first input grayscale value. According to this application, accurate brightness can be displayed in a brightness adjustment process, and relatively few hardware resources are occupied.

摘要: An electronic device and a method for displaying an image in a multi display drive circuit system are provided. A host controller (101) splits a to-be-displayed image into at least two sub images, where each sub image and an adjacent sub image thereof include at least one column of overlapping image pixels. The host controller (101) sends the at least two sub images to at least two display drive circuits (102 and 103), so that the at least two display drive circuits (102 and 103) can jointly drive a display screen (104) to display the to-be-displayed image in an SPR manner. Alternatively, the host controller (101) outputs at least two sub images rendered in an SPR pixel format to at least two display drive circuits (102 and 103), so that the at least two display drive circuits (102 and 103) can jointly drive a display screen (104) to display the to-be-displayed image in an SPR manner. The multiple display drive circuits (102 and 103) do not need to establish a data channel to share pixel data, thereby avoiding problems such as EPC area increase, EMI, and ESD.
