The frequency-domain sequence of the LTF provided in this embodiment of this application considers a phase rotation at a non-pilot location, a plurality of puncturing patterns for 240 MHz/320 MHz, and multiple RU combination, so that a finally provided frequency-domain sequence of the LTF has relatively small PAPR values on multiple RUs in the plurality of puncturing patterns for 240 MHz/320 MHz.

In this application, the method includes: determining, by a first network device, that a terminal device enters an RRC inactive state; sending, by the first network device, a first message to a second network device, where the first message is used to configure the second network device, so that the second network device transmits data for the terminal device in the RRC inactive state; and receiving, by the first network device, an acknowledgment message that is for the first message and that is sent by the second network device. In this application, the second network device transmits data of the terminal device to the first network device, so that the first network device sends the data to a core network, without a need to establish a path between the second network device and the core network so that the second network device sends the data to the core network. This reduces signaling overheads in an entire process in which the terminal device sends the data to the core network.

In embodiments of the present invention, accuracy of a similarity between cross-field documents can be improved.

The method includes: For a target convolution operator in a convolutional neural network, a corresponding intermediate result may be first calculated by using one or more background values of three-dimensional data; then, when first data is processed, a corresponding intermediate result only needs to be searched for based on a background identifier in a sparse distribution diagram; and further, a value of a voxel of second data is obtained based on the intermediate result, with no need to repeat a process of convolution processing for a plurality of times, thereby implementing convolution acceleration. In addition, solutions provided in embodiments of this application are particularly applicable to generalized sparse data with a plurality of background values.
