For a watering apparatus, in particular a garden hose that can be held by hand, comprising a flow-rate measurement device, the invention proposes removably fastening a nozzle body (DK1, DK2) on a main body (HK1, HK2) of the watering apparatus and arranging a turbine unit (TE) of the flow-rate measurement device in a turbine mount (TA) of the apparatus housing such that, when the nozzle body (DK1, DK2) is connected to the main body (HK1, HK2) in the operating position, the turbine unit (TE) is fixed in the turbine mount (TA), and, once the connection between the nozzle body (DK1, DK2) and main body (HK1, HK2) is released, the turbine unit (TE) can be removed from the turbine mount, for example for exchange or for cleaning purposes. The nozzle body (DK1, DK2) and main body (HK1, HK2) are formed in the operating position by an additional securing element, which preferably forms a further housing part of the apparatus housing. An electronics housing (GE1, GE2) can be fastened releasably on the main body (HK1, HK2) and/or can be fastened releasably on the nozzle body (DK1, DK2), wherein, when the electronics housing (GE1, GE2) is fastened, a battery mount is obscured and a battery is held such that it is secured against falling out. The electronics housing (GE1, GE2) is preferably used at the same time as a securing element for securing the connection between the nozzle body (DK1, DK2) and the main body (HK1, HK2).
