摘要: An engine air valve assembly (100) for a gas turbine engine includes a butterfly valve having a translation shaft and a fueldraulic actuator including a piston. The piston is mechanically linked to the translation shaft by an axial to rotational conversion linkage. A regulating valve housing contains the butterfly valve and the fueldraulic actuator. The regulating valve housing includes an actuator housing portion (120) and a valve housing portion(110) joined via a joint section (130). The regulating valve housing is a single integral piece.

The starter air valve (104) is configured to control a flow of pressurized air along a flow path from a source to turbine blades of the turbine section. The starter air valve (104) includes a manual override feature that allows manual opening of the starter air valve (104). The airflow adjustment device (106) is configured to adjust the flow of pressurized air along the flow path when the manual override feature is engaged based on a rotational speed of one of the shaft and an additional shaft that is driven by the compressor.
