摘要: The present disclosure discloses a guide tube assembly for transcatheter treatment system, a treatment system and a method. The guide tube assembly for transcatheter treatment system has opposing distal and proximal ends. The distal section of the guide tube assembly has a curved extension including a first curved section, which is configured to have a bend angle by pre-shaping and/or bending, and a second curved section, which is located at a distal end of the first curved section and configured to have a bend angle by bending. The first curved section and the second curved section are located in different planes and provided by one or two tubes respectively which are movably inserted one in the other. The guide tube assembly is more suitable for interventional operations in complex physiological structures.

The sleeve (10) includes a main body (11), the main body (11) defines a first channel (12) passing through the main body (11) in an axial direction, and a side wall of the main body (11) defines at least one second channel (13) which is communicated with the first channel (12). When the sleeve (10) abuts against the ventricular tissue wall, the fluid can only flow out from the second channel (13) in the side wall of the sleeve (10), which means that the needle can be advanced for treatment of the ventricular tissue.
