摘要： In at least one embodiment, an in-vehicle system is provided that includes a transceiver system and a vehicle controller. The transceiver system may be positioned in a first vehicle and is configured to enable communication with one of a surrounding infrastructure to the first vehicle and a surrounding vehicle to the first vehicle. The vehicle controller may be positioned in the first vehicle and is programmed to transmit an electronic request, via the transceiver system, to a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) server and to receive first information corresponding to the electronic request from the CRM server. The vehicle controller is further programmed to transmit the received first information to one a display in the first vehicle, the surrounding vehicle, and the surrounding infrastructure.
