    摘要: The aim of the invention is to produce reasonably-priced, top-quality twisting disks for false twisting of textile threads by carefully selecting the material and by virtue of the design of the hub and collar. The chosen material is a composite material, especially polyurethane, consisting of PPDI and polycarbonate and preferably filled with aramid. The hub is produced from hard PTU. This has two advantages. The collar material must meet extremely tough requirements and is the most expensive of all. It can be used in small amounts in an optimum manner, geared towards twisting. The inventive concept enables both functional parts - hub and collar - to be manufactured in a single-step or two-step injection moulding process.
