摘要:
The invention pertains to an economically and ecologically advantageous process for cleaning beverage or food processing equipment according to the cleaning-in-place concept, wherein the cleaning solution is pumped directly into the equipment without prior rinsing. The return flow containing the bulk of residual product is collected separately in a recycling tank and, preferably by means of a membrane process, separated into a concentrate heavily laden with impurities and a permeate containing active substance. The residue is disposed of separately, the permeate returned to the cleaning solution.
摘要:
The aqueous alkaline cleaning agent proposed contains, as its hydroxide constituent, only potassium hydroxide or a mixture of potassium hydroxide and another alkali, the potassium hydroxide content being at least 20 % by wt., calculated as hydroxide, relative to the total amount of hydroxide present in the agent. The agent proposed enables cleaning to be carried out much more economically than with prior art agents. The method according to the invention includes regeneration of the cleaning agent by means of membrane filtration.
摘要:
The invention relates to a method for washing clothes, especially working clothes, in which the clothes are washed with a detergent and cleansing agent in an ordinary washing machine for commercial laundries and the waste water is processed by means of a membrane installation. The method is characterized in that the waste water is conducted via a nano-filtration membrane, and separated in a dirt-enriched concentrate and a dirt-depleted regenerated waste. The regenerated waste is fed back to the washing process. The water can be processed to a high degree of purity, so that it can be returned to the washing process without impeding the washing capacity of the installation.

The disclosure relates to methods of treating alkaline rinse water from washing or cleaning machines, characterised in that: a) the pH value of the alkaline rinse water is lowered by contact with carbon dioxide until the solution ceases to attack a reverse osmosis membrane; at least a proportion of the carbon dioxide source is the gas mixture produced by heat treatment of the fermentation gas produced by anaerobic breakdown of organic substances and/or the gas mixture created by anaerobic breakdown of organic substances; b) the solution thus obtained is subjected to reverse osmosis; and c) the permeate obtained is re-used for rinsing and the concentrate disposed of.

The invention concerns a method of cleaning pipelines and containers in the food industry and is characterized in that a cleaning agent in the form of an aqueous solution of cleaner concentrates which can be thickened by water is applied to the inner surfaces to be cleaned and, after a reaction time of between 1 and 60 minutes, is rinsed off with water.
