摘要:
The invention relates to a method for producing polyurethane foam slab stock, according to which the reactive components polyol and isocyanate are transported to a mixer in metered doses, are blended in said mixer, subsequently discharged from said mixer and applied to the base paper. The method is characterised in that once the reactive mixture has left the mixer, it traverses a distribution unit that is situated directly above the base paper, the flow velocity of the mixed fractions that are discharged at the edge of the distribution unit in essentially a transverse direction to the transport direction being higher than the flow velocity of the mixed fractions that are discharged at the front edge of the distribution unit essentially in the transport direction and the reactive mixture exits the distribution unit in the form of a film, only the upper face of which forms a boundary surface with the surrounding atmosphere.

The invention relates to a method for continuously producing polyurethane foam consisting of at least one polyol constituent and of at least one isocyanate constituent in the presence of water serving as an expanding agent and optionally consisting of additional additives. According to the inventive method: a) the polyol constituent, the isocyanate constituent, the water and, optionally, the additional additives are conveyed in a dosed manner into the mixing chamber of a mixing unit and are mixed therein at pressures ranging from 3 to 200 bar, preferably at pressures ranging from 5 to 200 bar, in order to form a polyurethane reaction mixture and, afterwards; b) the polyurethane reaction mixture is sprayed in a pressure reduction element at pressures ranging from 3 to 200 bar, preferably at pressures ranging from 5 to 200 bar, whereby producing nuclei, and the pressure in the direction of flow behind the pressure reduction element is adjusted by a throttling element thereby controlling the number of nuclei produced, and afterwards; c) the polyurethane reaction mixture containing nuclei is permitted to flow out through the throttling element and is applied to a substrate on which it foams and hardens.

The invention relates to a method and a device for the production of polyurethane block foam, wherein the reaction mixture, after flowing through a mixer (1), flows freely out of an outlet opening (15), and then flows into an accumulation chamber (4) in which a static pressure is built up, then flows through a slot (6), and finally flows through an expansion chamber (8).

The invention relates to a method for the production of polyurethane block foam, wherein a polyurethane reactive mixture containing carbon dioxide is suddenly relieved from a pressure above the pressure breaking the equilibrium of the carbon dioxide to a normal pressure, wherein the liquid polyurethane reactive mixture is foamed by releasing dissolved carbon dioxide. The foamed mixture is placed on a substrate and then hardened into block foam, wherein the carbon dioxide or at least one of the components polyol and isocyanate is initially dissolved in the reactive mixture at a pressure that is substantially above the pressure breaking the equilibrium, the pressure is subsequently lowered to a pressure close to the pressure breaking the equilibrium, wherein the pressure falls below the pressure breaking the equilibrium by releasing small amounts of carbon dioxide and forming a microdispersion of bubbles, the components are optionally mixed and a sudden pressure drop to normal pressure occurs before the carbon dioxide released is completely dissolved.
