摘要： An apparatus (20) for supporting a service column (28) from a ceiling (26) includes a mounting assembly (22), an arm assembly (24), and a leveling mechanism (270). The mounting assembly (22) is adapted to be coupled to the ceiling (26) and includes a tube (46) configured to extend downwardly with respect to the ceiling (26). The arm assembly (24) includes a first arm (30) coupled to the tube (46) and extending therefrom. A portion of the arm assembly (24) is adapted to be coupled to the service column (28) so that the service column (28) is supportable at a location spaced from the mounting assembly (22). The first arm (30) is subject to loads having a tendency to deflect the first arm (30) relative to the tube (46). The leveling mechanism (270) includes a first member (272) engaging the tube (46), a second member (274) coupled to the first arm (30), and an adjuster (276) coupled to the first and second members (272, 274). The adjuster (276) is movable to move the first member (272) relative to the second member (274) thereby to move the first arm (30) relative to the tube (46) to compensate for deflection of the first arm (30).
