The controller (28) includes a delay means for introducing a time delay into the brake release signal (S2) responsive to a signal outputted from a travel control amount-determining pressure sensor (18), and performs processing such that the brake release signal (S2) as delayed by the delay means is outputted to the proportional solenoid valve (27).
