摘要: Provided are a hot forging die and a hot forging method which enables to perform necking easily using a radial forging machine, even with difficult-to-work materials used for turbine blades. The hot forging die for hot-forging a rod-shaped forging material by radial forging includes a pair of halved pressing portions between which the forging material is interposed, each of the halved pressing portions having a convex portion having a substantially semicircular cross-section, the convex portion being continuous so as to surround the forging material, wherein each of the halved pressing portions includes a rough processing portion and a finishing portion having a convex portion having a larger curvature radius than the rough processing portion.

摘要: Provided are a manufacturing method for a blade material and a manufacturing device for a blade material, by which a long blade material can be manufactured without using a large-sized press forging machine. A manufacturing method for a blade material, in which hot forging is sequentially performed by molds from the root side to a blade (vane) tip, wherein when a root-side portion is grasped and a material to be forged is restrained by a mold, twisting is performed on a region between the grasped portion and the restrained portion. A manufacturing method for a blade material, in which hot forging and twisting are repeated, is preferable, and a manufacturing method for a blade material, in which hot forging is performed while molds are sequentially changed, is more preferable.

摘要: A method of producing a forged product is described, in which a forging component (6) is hot-forged using a lower die (1) and an upper die (2). The method includes a first process in which an die face (3) of the lower die (1) is covered with a first glass lubricant (5); a second process in which the lower die (1) is heated; a third process in which at least a part of the forging component (6) is covered with a second glass lubricant (7); a fourth process in which the forging component (6) is heated to a temperature that is higher than a heating temperature of the lower die (1) in the second process; and a fifth process in which the forging component (6) is placed on the die face (3) and hot forging is performed using the lower die (1) and the upper die (2).
