摘要： A method and a device for manufacturing a packing material with a twisted part. In the method, contents are discharged from a filling tube (3) and filled in a casing (5), a filled casing (7) is moved in a contents discharging direction, and an adhesive agent (21) is applied to the entire part of the filled casing (7) or to the outer periphery of the portion of the filled casing (7) forming the twisted part (7a). Then, the start position of the twisted part (7a) is drawn, and the twisted part (7a) coated with the adhesive agent (21) is formed by the rotation of the filled casing (7) coated with the adhesive agent (21). Thus, the coating of the adhesive agent to the filled casing after the twisted part (7a) is formed can be eliminated, and the packing material with the twisted part which is not untwisted can be continuously manufactured at high rate.
