摘要： A planar heating body comprises: a knit structure (1); a plurality of first heating yarns (3a) knitted into the knit structure in a lateral direction at intervals in a longitudinal direction; and a plurality of conductive yarns (4) knitted into an edge section (6) on each of both sides of the knit structure (1) in the lateral direction, the conductive yarns (4) being knitted thereinto in the longitudinal direction.
