In the technical solutions of embodiments of the present invention, when the first OM channel is in an interrupted state, it may be not required to instruct operation and maintenance personnel to visit a site and perform an operation, so that costs of the site visit by the personnel are reduced, and a speed of response to a fault can be also increased.
