The first housing (N1), the second housing (N2), and the electronic control unit (30) are sequentially arranged in a vehicle width direction. When the foregoing structure is used, a manufacturing process of the integrated brake apparatus can be simplified, and the integrated brake apparatus is not affected by another mechanism when disposed on the vehicle.

A braking system provided with the hydraulic control unit and a control method for the braking system are further included.
