摘要： This application discloses a network access method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device determines a first access resource set based on a priority of a first service, and accesses a network based on a resource in the first access resource set. Different priorities correspond to different access resource sets. In this method, priorities of services are divided based on priority parameters of the services, and access resources are divided based on the priorities. For example, a service that requires a quick response has a high priority, and a large quantity of access resources are allocated. In this way, a probability that a collision occurs when services of various types access the network is reduced, thereby reducing delays of accessing the network by the services of various types.
