摘要： A method, device and system for sending and acquiring information is provided, which relates to the field of communication, for solving the problem that user equipment (UE) cannot judge whether information transmitted in a time-frequency resource block is pilot measurement information or not that result in inaccurate detection on signal quality of a neighboring cell by the UE. A technical solution according to the present invention includes: acquiring antenna configuration information of the neighboring cell; and sending a message carrying the antenna configuration information of the neighboring cell to the UE. The embodiments of the present invention can be applied in a wireless communication network.
