This avoids disclosure of personal information of a user to help protect personal information privacy of the user, and omits a step of establishing a friend relationship, so that operation steps are simple, to help improve user viscosity. A location of a peer party is accessed only when the peer party performs authorization, to ensure controllability of location privacy of the user.
