摘要: An inverter anti-islanding control system includes a phase-shift loop (10) and a drive circuit (20). The phase-shift loop (10) includes a first input end (11), a second input end (12), a third input end (13), a fourth input end (14), a first output end (15), and a second output end (16). The drive circuit (20) includes a first input end (21), a second input end (22), a third input end (23), and an output end (24). The first output end (15) of the phase-shift loop (10) is connected to the first input end (21) of the drive circuit (20), and the second output end (16) of the phase-shift loop (10) is connected to the second input end (22) of the drive circuit (20). In the inverter anti-islanding control system, when an inverter is in an island state, a frequency of an inverter alternating current end voltage is deviated to a second frequency by using the phase-shift loop (10), so that the second frequency triggers frequency protection to disconnect the inverter from an electrical network, to be specific, the inverter is out of the island state.

The method includes: calculating on a voltage corresponding to a first level output by a single-phase converter, a voltage corresponding to a second level output by the single-phase converter, and a voltage reference value about the voltage corresponding to the first level and the voltage corresponding to the second level, to obtain a common-mode modulated-wave change rate of the single-phase converter, where the first level is a direct-current-side positive-bus level, and the second level is a direct-current-side negative-bus level; calculating on a first-phase initial modulated wave of the single-phase converter, a second-phase initial modulated wave of the single-phase converter, and the common-mode modulated-wave change rate, to obtain a common-mode modulated wave of the single-phase converter; and calculating on the first-phase initial modulated wave, the second-phase initial modulated wave, and the common-mode modulated wave, to obtain a pulse width modulated wave of the single-phase converter. According to the embodiments of this application, a system neutral-point potential balancing capability, a system response speed, and system reliability can be improved.

摘要: This application provides a photovoltaic power system and a control method thereof. The photovoltaic power system includes a DC/AC inverter circuit, N DC/DC converter circuits that are located at a previous stage of the DC/AC inverter circuit and that are respectively connected to photovoltaic strings, and a controller connected to the DC/AC inverter circuit and the N DC/DC converter circuits. In this application, in the two control manners, a fast and accurate power reserve or limit of a photovoltaic string inverter with any illumination intensity and ambient temperature can be implemented, and fluctuation of a direct current bus voltage and alternating current output power that are of the photovoltaic string inverter can be eliminated. In addition, control on a virtual synchronous generator of the photovoltaic string inverter is implemented, and a lifespan of the photovoltaic string inverter is prolonged, without a need to add an energy storage element.

The embodiments of the present invention further provide a service control apparatus. By using the embodiments of the present invention, load can be adjusted precisely, and costs of electricity expenses can be reduced.

摘要: Embodiments of this application disclose a solar cell component, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device. The solar cell component may include a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light absorption layer. The first electrode includes a first conductive electrode, and the second electrode includes a second conductive electrode. The light absorption layer is located between the first conductive electrode and the second conductive electrode. The first electrode further includes a first bus electrode. The first bus electrode is connected to a periphery of the first conductive electrode, and a sheet resistance of the first bus electrode is less than a sheet resistance of the first conductive electrode. In other words, a sheet resistance of a peripheral region of the first electrode is less than a sheet resistance of a central region of the first electrode. In this way, compared with a case in which a first electrode includes only a single first conductive electrode, a sheet resistance of the first electrode is reduced. After an optical charge is transmitted to the first conductive electrode, the optical charge can be quickly converged to the periphery, thereby reducing a sheet resistance loss caused by long-distance uneven transmission of the optical charge, and facilitating collection of the optical charge. Therefore, optical-to-electrical conversion efficiency of the solar cell component can be improved.

Further, a prior-art problem that impact of a harmonic current on a power supply system cannot be reduced by synchronizing carriers in a process of synchronizing carriers based on a zero sequence current is avoided, thereby improving the stability of the distributed system.
