摘要: A multi-layered coating for coating a surface coating of an implant (20), the multi-layered coating comprising polyelectrolyte layers (13), wherein the polyelectrolyte layers (13) are interspersed layers of a layer that comprises hyaluronic acid and/or its derivatives and a layer that comprises chitosan and/or its derivatives and the multi-layered coating having an external surface (11) with a contact angle between 10° and 50°. A method for coating an implant with a multi-layered coating, the method being a layer by layer coating method, comprising a first step of activation of a surface of the implant to be coated by superficial hydroxyl, carboxylate, aldehyde, epoxide, isothiocyanate, amine, halide, or thiol groups, a second step of generating the multi-layered coating depositing interspersed polyelectrolyte layers (13) of a layer that comprises hyaluronic acid and/or its derivatives and a layer that comprises chitosan and/or its derivatives onto the activated surface to be coated, and a third step of drying the multi-layered coating, the resulting multi-layered coating having an external surface (11) with a contact angle between 10° and 50°.
