    摘要: A fan rotor blade includes a blade body constructed of a composite material, a blade root integrally formed at a base end of the blade body by the composite material, and a sheath attached to a leading edge of the blade body so as to extend in a span direction. The sheath includes a sheath main body and a pair of joint flanges, and is segmented into a sheath base segment and a sheath top segment. The sheath top segment smoothly continues from the sheath base segment, and has a longer length than a length of the sheath base segment along a span direction. A sheath length of the sheath main body at an assumed impact position that is a radially outermost position on the sheath top segment to be contacted with an obstacle suctioned into the engine case is not shorter than 10 %chord and not longer than 60 %chord. A sheath length of the sheath along an end edge of the fan rotor blade is not shorter than 40 %chord. The fan rotor blade possesses sufficient impact resistance and can be simplified and light-weighted.

A dovetail (11a) capable of being fitted into a fitting groove in a fan disk is provided in a base end of the blade body (10). In addition, the blade body is provided with a sheath (20) which is more rigid than the blade body and is fixed to the blade body in a state where the sheath covers a leading edge portion of the blade body, which is located on an upstream side in the direction of intake of external air, and the vicinity thereof. The sheath extends in the longitudinal direction of the blade body from a blade root side to a tip end side of the blade body, and a base end portion (21c) of the sheath located on the blade root side of the blade body extends to the dovetail (11a).

    摘要: In a manufacturing method of a vane having an inner-ply vane within an outer-ply vane and a rear space in its inside, (a) an inner-ply vane woven-fiber formed body made of reinforcement fiber is formed on a jig corresponding to an inner surface profile of the inner-ply vane; (b) matrix is infiltrated into the inner-ply vane woven-fiber formed body to make the inner-ply vane; (c) the jig is removed; (d) a supplemental jig corresponding to the rear space and the inner-ply vane are integrated to form a integrated body; (e) an outer-ply vane woven-fiber formed body made of reinforcement fiber on a surface of the integrated body; (f) matrix is infiltrated into the outer-ply vane woven-fiber formed body to make the outer-ply vane. According to the manufacturing method, it becomes possible to manufacture a vane that can improve turbine efficiency by reducing thickness of a trailing edge of the vane.
