摘要： A device (1) and a method are disclosed, for the metered removal of an amount of product from a cavity (2, 2a) with product running therein, in particular a pipeline. The device comprises a valve body (5), sealing an outlet opening (4) in the cavity (2a) and a metering chamber (9). According to the invention, such a device may be designed for sterile removal of a product by means of a metering chamber (9) arranged adjacent to the outlet opening (4) in the direction of flow and with a dedicated removal opening (10) and providing the metering chamber (9) with an ejection piston (14) which may be displaced coaxial to the valve body (5).
