摘要： A data collection controller (4), on which a removable memory (12) can be removably installed, is installed on a vehicle (1) and is connected to a predetermined data storage device (3). The data collection controller allows the user to enter an driver code, an operation route code, and so on via code setting buttons (8, 9) and, at the same time, to download the code data and the data in the predetermined data storage device into the removable memory via a download button (7). Each time the operation of the vehicle is terminated, the data is downloaded. When a predetermined period (for example, one month) elapses, the removable memory is collected. Based on the data recorded in the collected removable memory, operation information is analyzed for each operator and each operation route.
