摘要: The present invention relates to: an Aspergillus niger F22 strain having a nematicidal activity against plant-parasitic nematodes; a nematicidal microorganism agent against plant-parasitic nematodes, containing, as an active ingredient, the strain, a spore, a fungal hyphal mass, or a culture liquid thereof; a method for controlling plant-parasitic nematodes, comprising a step of administering the microorganism agent to a crop, a crop seed, or a field; and a method for preparation of a nematicidal microorganism agent against plant-parasitic nematodes, comprising a step of culturing the strain.
