摘要: The disclosed memory device is characterised in that the input resistance of the read amplifier may be varied and/or the input connections of the read amplifier may be linked to one or both poles of a voltage source, by means of one or more transistors and/or the read amplifier is also applied in the decoder devices for choosing the memory cell to be read out or to be written.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for synchronizing a mobile radio receiver with a time slot structure of a radio signal received by a base station by finding at least one specific time slot limit. According to the inventive method, a data flow received by the mobile radio receiver is filtered in a filter which then supplies a decision sequence (Y) of received data as the maximum possible set of specific time slot limits. The decision sequence (Y) is further processed in a two-step process such that a subset (Ysub) of the decision sequence (Y) supplied by the filter is selected in a first step, whereupon the elements of said subset (Ysub) are chronologically averaged in a second step, whereby the time slot limit used for synchronizing is obtained as a result. The subset (Ysub) is selected by using statistical characteristics of signal sampling values that are part of a time slot limit and signal sampling values that are not part of a time slot limit.

摘要: In order to determine the optimal sampling point for a series of spread-coded data, received by radio, a correlation data series (16) is used, said correlation data series being produced by convoluting the channel impulse response (12) of the transmission channel with the spread data series (14), known at the receiving end. Said channel impulse response (12) is determined by a channel estimator (11) according to a training sequence. An early-late correlator (17, 18) correlates said correlation data series (16) with the received data, in order to generate a correction signal (36) for the optimal sampling point.

摘要: A data memory comprising a main data memory (2) consisting of a plurality of data memory units, a redundant data memory (3) consisting of several redundant data memory units which replace defective data memory units of the main data memory (2), and a redundant control logic (4) which is used to control access to the redundant data memory (4). The main data memory (2) and the redundant data memory (3) are connected in parallel to a data bus (6) by means of data lines (9,12). The main data memory (2) and the redundant control logic are connected in parallel to an address bus (7) by means of address lines (10,15) in order to address data memory units in the data memory (1).
