摘要： The present disclosure relates to monoclonal antibodies directed against the external loop of SLC1A4, which monoclonal antibodies are preferably human monoclonal antibodies.
The present disclosure also relates to the therapeutic use of the said monoclonal antibodies, especially for treating serine-dependent cancers, particular SLC1A4-expressing cancers. It also relates to the in vitro and the in vivo use of the anti-SLC1A4 monoclonal antibodies disclosed therein for diagnosis purpose.
