摘要： Disclosed is a claim disassembling and recording device (1) for reading a definition content of a claim to obtain an element noun definition and recording the element noun definition, comprising: an element definition obtaining module (11) that reads the definition content of the claim to identify a noun-initial word on a basis of a part of speech database and a part of speech separating rule and then reads an intermediate determining word and/or a separating word to obtain the element noun definition; an element noun definition recording module (13) that obtains an element noun definition attribute tag to which the element noun definition belongs and sequentially records the element noun definition and the element noun definition attribute tag to a NoSQL database (16) in a sequence that the definition content of the claim is read.

摘要： The present invention provides a searching keyword suggesting device comprising: a searching keyword executing module that performs, based on a searching keyword, a claim searching operation in a patent database to obtain the searched patent including element definition and description definition with the searching keyword appearing in the designated structural attribute; a definition statistics executing module that obtains a deduced element definition and a deduced description definition by performing statistics calculation, for the searched result patents, of the element definitions and the description definitions that are informationally belonged to respective structural attributes; and a suggested keyword providing module that provides the suggested keyword by retrieving a word from the deduced element definition and/or the deduced description definition that are informationally belonged to respective structural attribute.
