摘要： The disclosure relates to an Access Point (AP) device comprising: a first interface with a decentralized wireless communication network; a second interface with a central controller of a centralized mobile communication network; a first application programming circuitry configured to control accessing the decentralized wireless communication network via the first interface, and a second application programming circuitry configured to interact with the central controller of the centralized mobile communication network via the second interface in order to allow the central controller take over control of the decentralized wireless communication network.
