    摘要: A method and apparatus for use in a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) for receiving system information. A WTRU receives a broadcast signal from a gNB, wherein the broadcast signal includes system information. The WTRU determines configuration information associated with the received system information and the WTRU transmits a signal to the gNB using the determined configuration information associated with the received system information. The configuration information includes an indication regarding whether the WTRU is able to include any one or a combination of a request signal or a feedback signal in the signal transmitted to the gNB. The transmitted signal to the gNB may include a preamble that indicates system information block (SIB) request information. The transmitted signal to the gNB may include a control field that indicates additional SIB request information. The transmitted signal may provide feedback for the received system information. The WTRU then receives system information from the gNB in response to the transmitted signal. The received system information in response to the transmitted signal is one or more SIBs.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are described for performing channel aggregation to communicate over a non-contiguous spectrum, such as television white space (TVWS), using a plurality of aggregated channels including a primary channel and at least one non-primary channel (e.g., a secondary channel, a tertiary channel or a quaternary channel). Carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) may be performed on the primary channel to obtain access to the primary channel. After waiting an arbitration interframe space (AIFS) and potentially performing backoff on the primary channel, the aggregated channels may be used for transmission. A buffer controller may be used to create, for each of a plurality of access classes (ACs), a logic buffer for each of the channels. A frame controller may be used to provide the buffer controller with aggregated medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (A-MPDU) frame information, and control aggregation and fragmentation processes.

The beam grouping information may indicate a group of beams that the WTRU may report using group-based reporting. The group-based reporting may be a reduced level of reporting compared to a beam-based reporting. The group-based report may include measurement information for a representative beam. The representative beam may be one of the beams in the group or represents an average of the beams in the group. Alternatively, the representative beam may be a beam that has a maximum measurement value compared to other beams in the group. The group-based report may include a reference signal received power (RSRP) for the representative beam and a differential RSRP for each additional beam in the beam group.

    摘要: Systems and methods are provided for coexistence management service for licensed and unlicensed spectrum sharing. A coexistence system may include a coexistence manager (CM) that may provide resource allocation services for a coexistence enabler (CE). CMs may negotiate with each other to resolve coexistence issues via directly or indirectly through a coexistence discovery and information server (CDIS). A channel may be exclusively used by a CE network. The networks may mitigate interference by avoiding use of the same channels. A channel may be shared by multiple CE networks. In co-channel sharing, the networks may mitigate interference via power management. Bidding processes may be implemented directly via competing CMs, for example via open or silent token auction. Bidding processes among competing CMs may be managed by a third party entity, for example a CDIS, for example via open or silent token auction.
