摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing a zinc-based coated steel sheet having excellent press formability.
The method includes an oxide layer-forming step of bringing the zinc-based coated steel sheet into contact with an acidic solution, holding the zinc-based coated steel sheet for 1 second to 60 seconds, and then water-washing the zinc-based coated steel sheet and a neutralization step of holding a zinc-based oxide layer formed in the oxide layer-forming step for 0.5 seconds or more in such a state that a surface of the zinc-based oxide layer is in contact with an alkaline aqueous solution, water-washing the zinc-based oxide layer, and then drying the zinc-based oxide layer. The acidic solution contains HF 2 Na and/or HF 2 K in a total amount of 0.10 g/L to 5.0 g/L.-

A titanium oxide layer that serves as an electron transport layer and is positioned on a member that serves as an optically transparent electrode layer has a thickness of 1.0 nm to 60.0 nm, inclusive, and satisfies condition 1 or condition 2. Condition 1: The titanium oxide layer contains an indium metal and an indium oxide, wherein, if the content of elemental titanium is denoted as Ti, the content of the indium metal is denoted as InM, and the content of the indium oxide is denoted as InOx, the atomic ratio (InM/Ti) is 0.10 to 0.25, inclusive, and the atomic ratio (InOx/Ti) is 0.50 to 10.00, inclusive. Condition 2: The titanium oxide layer contains a tin metal and a tin oxide, wherein, if the content of the elemental titanium is denoted as Ti, the content of the tin metal is denoted as SnM, and the content of the tin oxide is denoted as SnOx, the atomic ratio (SnM/Ti) is 0.05 to 0.30, inclusive, and the atomic ratio (SnOx/Ti) is 0.50 to 10.00, inclusive.

摘要: Provided is a hexagonal boron nitride powder that can achieve higher thermal conductivity when added as a filler to resin. A plasma treatment method of plasma-treating a hexagonal boron nitride powder under reduced pressure comprises: storing the hexagonal boron nitride powder in a treatment container; supplying a plasma generating gas into the treatment container and maintaining inside of the treatment container at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure; applying high frequency waves to an electrode installed outside the treatment container while rotating the treatment container about a central axis of the treatment container as a rotation axis in a state in which the rotation axis of the treatment container is inclined with respect to horizontal, to plasma-treat the hexagonal boron nitride powder in the treatment container; and cooling one or both of the treatment container and the electrode during the plasma treatment.
