摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an organic resin-coated steel sheet that is to be subjected to complex forming in which press forming is difficult, that has low sliding resistance in a portion at risk of cracking when press forming is performed, and that has excellent press formability in a portion in which die galling is expected to occur due to high surface pressure. In the case where the organic resin-coated steel sheet is used as an automotive steel sheet, the steel sheet is also required to have sufficient film removability to be applicable in an alkaline degreasing process in a painting process and to further have excellent weldability. For such applications, a further object of the present invention is to provide an organic resin-coated steel sheet further having sufficient film removability to be applicable and excellent weldability.
An organic resin-coated steel sheet has an organic resin coating film having an average coating weight per side after drying of 0.2 g/m 2 or more and 2.0 g/m 2 or less on at least one surface thereof. The area fraction of thin film portions in which the coating weight of the organic resin coating film is 0.14 g/m 2 or less is 25.0% or less.
