摘要： A rolling bearing of a balancer shaft device is positioned on an imaginary circle concentric with an axis of a shaft portion of a balancer shaft as viewed in a radial cross-section, and includes a cylindrical portion which covers the shaft portion. An outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion defines an inner ring raceway surface of an inner ring member on which a rolling element of the rolling bearing rolls. A part of the shaft portion of the balancer shaft, at a position on which the rolling bearing is disposed, has a cutout formed at a portion which does not contribute to offsetting of rotational vibration of a crankshaft.
