摘要: The present invention relates to a controller for a vehicle (10). The controller comprises an input for receiving a sensed current vehicle speed, and a future speed limit. The controller also comprises a control module (44) arranged to generate a haptic feedback signal (48) based on the current speed being greater than the future speed limit. In addition, the controller comprises an output (46) for outputting the haptic feedback signal (48) to a mechanism for providing haptic feedback to a driver of the vehicle (10). Preferably, the haptic output is a pulse applied to the accelerator pedal.
