摘要： The present invention relates to the use of microRNA and an antisense oligonucleotide for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment and/or prevention and for the diagnosis of various diseases. An implant is also encompassed by the invention. The invention is directed to the use of microRNA for the manufacture of an implant. The present invention further relates to the use of microRNA or an antisense oligonucleotide against the microRNA for inducing a modification of a morphological phenotype of a cell. Additionally, the invention concerns a method for diagnosing a cardiovascular disease and a method for screening a pharmaceutically active compound for the treatment and/or prevention of a cardiovascular disease or a predisposition thereof.
