摘要： A surgical retractor (100) includes a body portion (116) and first and second retractor arms (120, 130) operatively coupled thereto. The body portion includes a rotatable knob (114), a first blade holder (116), and a first blade (500). The first blade is configured for axial displacement with the first blade holder and angulation relative to the first blade holder about a first axis. The first and second retractor arms include respective second and third blades (400a, 400b) detachably secured thereto. The first and second retractor arms are transitionable between an approximated configuration and a spaced apart configuration. The second and third blades are configured to angulate about respective second and third axes that are defined by the respective first and second retractor arms.

摘要： A screw driving instrument is provided with a stylet holder able to retain a head of a stylet at one of multiple discrete locations. A user may vary a distance that a point of the stylet extends from a distal end of the instrument by choosing which of the discrete locations to insert the stylet head into before coupling the stylet holder to the instrument. The instrument may include a ratcheting handle capable of rotation in one direction about a central axis of the instrument relative to other components of the instrument. The stylet holder may be engageable with the handle.
