摘要： There are provided two substrates 11, 12 disposed in opposite to each other with a gap and a vacuum sealing portion 31 which seals predetermined positions of the substrates and defines a sealed space between the two substrates. The vacuum sealing portion 31 has a sealing material 32 filled along a predetermined position. The sealing material includes at least one type of active metal in a base material that includes Su or at least one type of melting point lowering element of Pb, In, Bi, Zn, Ag, Au, or Cu in Sn.
