摘要： A phytase having a low Km value against phytic acid; a process for the preparation of the phytase by using a microorganism having the ability to generate and accumulate the phytase; and feed containing the phytase. The novel phytase can hydrolyze phytic acid (acting as antinutritional factor) contained in feed, which brings about an enhancement in the nutritive value of the feed, and permits the efficient utilization of phosporic acid liberated by the hydrolysis.
