摘要: Provided is a power transmission device that can suppress feeling of surprise when power is transmitted and can improve operability while efficiently utilizing a space that is obtained by the arrangement of a first clutch member and a second clutch member. The power transmission device include: a first clutch member 4a that is coupled to an output member 3; a second clutch member 4b to which driven-side clutch plates 7 are attached; a back-torque transmitting cam that is capable of pressing drive-side clutch plates 6 and the driven-side clutch plates 7 against each other by moving the second clutch member 4b when a rotational force is input to the first clutch member 4a; and a cushioning member 12 that is interposed between the first clutch member 4a and the second clutch member 4b and that is capable of applying an urging force while allowing movements of an interlocking member 9 and a pressure member 5 by being compressed in a process in which the interlocking member 9 moves and the pressure member 5 moves from the inactive position toward the active position.

The power transmission device has a back torque transmission cam that can bring the driving clutch plates 6 and the driven clutch plates 7 into press contact with each other by moving the second clutch member 4b when a rotational force is input to the first clutch member 4a via the output shaft 3 when the pressure member 5 is located at the non-actuation position. The back torque transmission cam can hold abutment between the interlocking member 9 and the weight member 8 by moving the second clutch member 4b in a direction of being brought into proximity to the interlocking member 9.

摘要: Provided is a centrifugal clutch configured so that assist thrust can be maintained constant or can be decreased even when a clutch shoe is abraded. The centrifugal clutch 200 includes a drive plate 210 to be rotatably driven by drive force of an engine. The drive plate 210 includes each of swing support pins 214 and the plate-side cam bodies 218. The swing support pin 214 is fitted in a long-hole-shaped pin slide hole 231 formed at a clutch weight 230 to swingably support the clutch weight 230. The plate-side cam body 218 includes a cylindrical roller, and a weight-side cam body 235 of the clutch weight 230 contacts the plate-side cam body 218. The weight-side cam body 235 is formed as such a curved surface that a cam angle when a clutch shoe 233 contacts a cylindrical surface of a clutch outer 240 is the same between before and after abrasion of the clutch shoe 233 progresses.

The displacement resistor 120 is pressed by a resistance spring 134 of a pressing mechanism 130 provided outside the fixed drive plate 102. In the pressing mechanism 130, a variable mechanism 140 adjusts pressing force by the resistance spring 134.
