摘要: Provided is a power transmission device that can improve responsiveness when engaging a clutch and improve operability by reducing the sliding resistance of a receiving member. The power transmission device includes: a pressure member 5 that is capable pressing drive-side clutch plates and driven-side clutch plates against each other or releasing a press-contact force; a clutch spring 10 that urges the pressure member in a direction such that the clutch plates are pressed against each other; a receiving member 11 that is constituted by a separate member attached to the pressure member 5; and a back-torque limiting cam that reduces the press-contact force between the clutch plates when the rotation speed of an output member exceeds the rotation speed of an input member. The power transmission device includes a radially-outside restricting portion that is capable of restricting radially-outward movement of the receiving member 11 relative to the pressure member 5 and is capable of maintaining a clearance t between a side surface 11d of the receiving member 11 and an inner peripheral wall 4e of a clutch member 4.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a power transmitting apparatus which can transmit a torque necessary for performing the pushing start of engine and also can sufficiently resist against the torque to be transmitted to the engine during pushing start of engine. According to the present invention, there is provided a power transmitting apparatus characterized in that the power transmitting apparatus further comprises a switching means for switching the urging means between an urging force applying position and an urging force cutting-off position: in the urging force applying position an abutment between the other end of the urging means and the pressure member is kept to apply the urging force of urging means to the pressure member when the intermediate member is moved toward the pressure member by the cam action of the back-torque limiting cam means, and in the urging force cutting-off position the other end of the urging means is separated from the pressure member to cut-off the urging force of urging means to the pressure member when the intermediate member is moved toward the pressure member by the cam action of the back-torque limiting cam means; and that the urging means is set at the urging force applying position during the intermediate member is stopped when the vehicle is in a stopped condition and the urging means is set at the urging force cutting-off position during the intermediate member is rotated when the vehicle is in a running condition.
