摘要: Molding accuracy of a metal member is improved in an apparatus, a mold set, and a method for producing a metal-resin composite with a set of molds. An apparatus 50 for manufacturing a metal-resin composite 1 by press molding a metal member 10 and a resin material 20, the apparatus 50 including a mold 100 including an upper mold 110 and a lower mold 120 sandwiching the metal member 10 and the resin material 20, a molding auxiliary component 90 detachably fixed to the upper mold 110 so as to fill at least a part of a cavity C for arranging the resin material 20 formed by the upper mold 110 and the lower mold 120, and a drive unit 130 that moves at least one of the upper mold 110 and the lower mold 120 in a vertical direction. The molding auxiliary component 90 has a first press surface 97 for molding the metal member 10. The upper mold 110 has a second press surface 117 for integrally molding the metal member 10 and the resin material 20. A distance between the first press surface 97 and the lower mold 120 in a state where the molding auxiliary component 90 is attached is shorter than a distance between the second press surface 117 and the lower mold 120 in a state where the molding auxiliary component 90 is removed.

摘要: Provided is a method for producing a resistance-welded member that makes it possible to suppress an internal crack of a nugget and an internal crack of a corona bond during spot welding of a set of three or more sheets including a plated steel sheet. The method comprises: a main energization step of energizing with a first current value (I1) while compressing the steel sheet with a first compressive force (P1) to form a nugget; a subsequent energization step of, after the main energization step, energizing with a second current value (12) smaller than the first current value (I1) while compressing with a second compressive force (P2) greater than the first compressive force (PI); and an electrode holding step of holding an electrode while maintaining the second compressive force (P2) after the subsequent energization. The second compressive force (P2) and a total sheet thickness (t), the first current value (I1) and the second current value (12), and a subsequent energization time (Tw2) and an electrode holding time (Tht) satisfy predetermined conditions respectively.
