    摘要: A compressor includes a cylinder block (11) having a cylinder bore (11a), a first housing (12) attached to a first end of the cylinder block (11), a second, housing (13) attached to a second end of the cylinder block (11), a crank chamber (15) defined between the cylinder block (11) and the first housing (12), a drive plate (22) located in the crank chamber (15) and mounted on a drive shaft (16), and a piston (35) operably coupled to the drive plate (22) and located in the cylinder bore (11a). The drive plate (22) is tiltable between a maximum inclination position and a minimum inclination position according to a difference between the pressure in the crank chamber (15) and the pressure in the cylinder bore (11a). The cylinder block (11) has a shutter chamber (27) opening to the first end and the second end. A shutter member (28) is accommodated in the shutter chamber (27). The shutter member (28) is movable between a first position and a second position in response to the inclination of the drive plate (22) to selectively connect and disconnect an external circuit (52) with an suction chamber (37). The drive plate (22) is held at the minimum inclination position when the shutter member (28) is positioned in the second position. The shutter chamber (27) has a diameter that is constant in an axial direction with respect to the shutter chamber (27). The shutter member (28) is removably inserted into the shutter chamber (27) from the second end of the cylinder block (11).

    摘要: A damper (31) is arranged in a gas passage in a compressor (1) for damping compression waves transmitted from suction valves. The damper is arranged in a damper hole (37) provided in a pipe fitting (33) of the compressor housing. The damper has concentric inner (35) and outer cylindrical walls, and end wall closing ends of the inner and outer (39) cylindrical walls, and radial holes (41) at the end of the inner cylindrical wall. The outer cylindrical wall (39) is arranged in the damper hole (37) and the inner cylindrical wall (35) is fitted in the fitting hole (34) leading to the suction chamber. A gas passage is formed by an inner passage portion (36), radial holes (41), an inter-wall passage portion (40), a radial passage portion (45) at the end opposite to radial holes, and an outer passage portion (43) between the outer cylindrical wall and the side cylindrical wall of the damper hole (37).

The auxiliary suction valve 39 is a flexible deforming valve composed of a deforming section 391, which is supported and bent by a cantilever method, and a closing section 392 which connects with a forward end of the deforming section 391 and closes the auxiliary suction port 22. In the present invention, the length of the deforming section 381 of the primary suction valve 38 is approximately the same as that of the deforming section 391 of the auxiliary suction valve 39, however, the width of the deforming section 381 of the primary suction valve 38 is made larger than that of the deforming section 391 of the auxiliary suction valve 39.

    摘要: The suction valve assembly of a piston compressor consists of a primary (38) and an auxiliary (39) flexible valve. Both of the valves are composed of a deforming section (381,391), which is supported and bent by a cantilever, and a closing section (382,392) connected to the deforming section. The valves have approximately the same length, but the primary valve has a wider deforming section (381). In case of low refrigerant flow rate, only the auxiliary valve opens due to smaller adhesion to the valve plate (14) because of its smaller cross section.

    摘要: An electromagnetic control valve which is capable of controlling with small electromagnetic force is provided. In such electromagnetic control valve, a pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is provided in a space leading to the suction side of the compressor such that the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism faces to the crankcase pressure introducing opening of the valve main body. This pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is formed by a piston which comes into contact with the bottom surface of the valve rod. The differential pressure between the crankcase pressure and the suction pressure of the compressor is detected by the piston. Upon receipt of detection signals from a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor and an external signal, the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism adjusts the flow of refrigerant from the discharge side (high-pressure side) to the crankcase side of the compressor. Thus, the differential pressure can be controlled.
