摘要: An electromagnetic control valve which is capable of controlling with small electromagnetic force is provided. In such electromagnetic control valve, a pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is provided in a space leading to the suction side of the compressor such that the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism faces to the crankcase pressure introducing opening of the valve main body. This pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is formed by a piston which comes into contact with the bottom surface of the valve rod. The differential pressure between the crankcase pressure and the suction pressure of the compressor is detected by the piston. Upon receipt of detection signals from a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor and an external signal, the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism adjusts the flow of refrigerant from the discharge side (high-pressure side) to the crankcase side of the compressor. Thus, the differential pressure can be controlled.

摘要: An electromagnetic control valve which is capable of controlling with small electromagnetic force is provided. 摘要: A piston compressor includes a rotary valve (35) having a suction guide hole. A plurality of introducing passages are formed in a cylinder block to connect compression chambers to the rotary valve (35). The inner circumferential surface of each cylinder bore has a suction auxiliary recess (61), which is connected to the outlet of the corresponding introducing passage in the circumferential direction of the cylinder bore at the end of the cylinder bore facing a valve assembly. Therefore, the compressor reduces suction resistance of gas at the beginning of the suction stroke without enlarging introducing passages formed in the cylinder block.

摘要: A swash plate type variable displacement compressor includes a cylinder block defining a cylinder bore. A housing is fixed to the cylinder block and defines a crank chamber. A drive shaft is rotatably supported by the housing and the cylinder block. A swash plate is supported by the drive shaft in the crank chamber and is inclinable with respect to the axis of the drive shaft. A piston is accommodated in the cylinder bore so as to define a compression chamber in the cylinder bore and is coupled to the swash plate. A control mechanism includes a bleed passage for controlling the pressure in the crank chamber. The compressor is formed such that lubricating oil in the crank chamber is discharged into at least one of the suction chamber, the discharge chamber and the compression chamber while the inclination angle of the swash plate is substantially a maximum inclination angle.

摘要: In a piston type compressor, a piston is respectively accommodated in a plurality of cylinder bores arranged around a rotary shaft. A rotary valve has a suction guiding passage for introducing gas from a suction pressure region into a compression chamber when in communication therebetween. A suction timing control passage is formed in the rotary valve and is constantly in communication at its first end with the suction pressure region, while preceding the suction guiding passage communicating at its second end with the compression chamber. A suction timing control valve is arranged in the control passage, having a valve body which opens and closes the control passage in response to difference between force resulting from pressure on a side of the suction pressure region to open the valve body and force resulting from pressure on a side of the compression chamber to close the valve body.
