摘要： A sheet such as paper or a hard film can be fed accurately in an intended direction while positively holding the sheet merely by applying plastic processing to a peripheral surface of a metallic rod. A plurality of spike-like projections A, B risen at an obtuse angle, at an acute angle or at right angles in a rotational direction of a metallic rod 1 are formed on an inner peripheral surface of the metallic rod 1 by plastic processing.
