摘要: A magnet roller (10) capable of further enhancing an image quality by increasing the flux densities of a specific magnetic pole and other magnetic poles and implementing this magnetic pole pattern at low costs, comprising a plurality of magnet pieces (12, 14, 16, 18) joined to each other at joint surfaces and mounted on the outer periphery of a shaft (20), wherein respective joint surfaces (13, 15, 17, 19) of the magnet pieces are provided along a roller radial direction, and the orientation magnetizing directions (22, 24, 26, 28) of adjoining magnet pieces (12, 14, 16, 18) are set toward the joint surfaces (13, 15, 17, 19), whereby the peaks (32a, 34a, 36a, 38a) of magnetic poles (32, 34, 36, 38) are generated on extensions from the joint surfaces (13, 15, 17, 19).
