摘要: The present invention is directed to a method for circulating a treatment liquid, and the method includes a step of rotating a liquid dispersal device to draw the treatment liquid into the liquid dispersal device and eject the treatment liquid from the liquid dispersal device. Here, the liquid dispersal device includes a rotary shaft disposed in a vertical direction, and at least one liquid flow member attached to the rotary shaft. The liquid flow member includes an ejection portion that is located at a higher position and protrudes outside the treatment liquid, a suction portion that is located at a lower position and is immersed in the treatment liquid, and a tubular channel that extends between the ejection portion and the suction portion. The tubular channel is bent such that the ejection portion is oriented toward a side opposite to the rotary shaft. Also, the method of the present invention is performed in a state in which the tubular channel of the liquid flow member of the liquid dispersal device is filled with the treatment liquid.
