摘要： A foldable bicycle rack includes a base (1) attached to a vehicle, and a Platform (12) onto which two supports (2) are connected. The Platform includes two posts (13) connected thereto and each post includes a restriction part (14) formed thereto. The supports each include two trays (21, 22) to respectively support a front wheel and a rear wheel of a bicycle. An upright frame (3) includes two tubes (31) which are pivotably connected to the two restriction parts of the two posts, so that the upright frame is pivotably folded toward the supports. Two quick-releases (4) are respectively connected to the two tubes so as to securely position each tube between the quick-release and the restriction part corresponding thereto.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a locking arm of a carrier connecting rod includes four steps to press a metal sheet via a first stamping die and a second stamping die to form the metal sheet to include a front section, a bent middle section and a rear section. A stopper is formed to the front section, and a recessed area is formed to one side of the bent middle section. A positioning hole is defined through a center of the recessed area. A guide surface is formed to the bent middle section opposite to the recessed area. The locking arm is pivotably connected to the extendable tube of the carrier connecting rod, and the protrusion of the spring member in the extendable tube is guided by the guide surface to be retractably engaged with the positioning hole. The locking arm is manufactured at low cost and has better structural strength.

摘要： A securing device of a hitch ball receiver includes a ball hitch connected to a vehicle, and a hitch ball receiver connected to a bicycle rack. The bitch ball receiver includes a tube which includes a passage defined through the open bottom of the tube, and a room is formed in the tube and communicates with the passage. The ball of the ball hitch is accommodated in the room via the passage. A recess formed in the wall of the opening bottom of the tube and the protrusion is engaged with the recess. Two bolts threadedly extend through the tube at an angle relative to the axis of the tube. The two bolts contact against the ball in the room. The tube is lowered toward the bar by rotating the bolts to engage the protrusion with the recess.
